Rising Astrological Signs

Rising astrological signs are as important in astrology as sun signs. It is also referred to as the ascendant sign. An astrological chart that determines where all of the planets were placed at the time of birth would reveal where the sign was on the eastern horizon. These charts are readily available online. The critical factor of determining a person’s rising astrological sign is the time of birth. The reason this is critical is that the planets move over time. Someone born at three am versus someone born at three pm could mean the difference of having a sign of Leo versus a sign of Sagittarius. One sign is a fixed fire sign while the other is a mutable fire sign. Couple that information with the sun sign Gemini would result in two extremely different personality types. The Gemini/Leo would reveal an individual that was quit witted loves to be the center of attention, needs approval from others. The second individual would be someone who was quick witted, laughs at their own jokes, does not care what people think of them.
The rising astrological sign is located in the first degree of the first house. This means that the point of birth, the child is stamped with the rising sign that will affect the person they show to the world. The rising astrological sign represents the self. A person with a sign of Aries would appear to be strong willed, independent, a impulsive thinker, while a person with a rising astrological sign of Pisces would reveal a person that was sensitive, feelings easily hurt, and willing to let others make decisions for them.

Scorpio risers much know that what they did was wrong, but they are still loved.
When reading a daily horoscope it is important to read the sun sign prediction and the rising astrological sign. If the sun sign reading predicted that the individual would have luck in their career and they were laid off when they arrived at work that day. The obvious conclusion was the prediction was wrong. But, if they read their rising sign prediction, too and it read, change is on the horizon, brighter future. This would make sense that yes, they were laid off, but they will get a better job because of it.
To ignore the influence of a rising astrological sign is to ignore the individual as a whole.
