For years, I had felt that I wasn’t getting the most out of life and was not as happy as I could be, but I couldn’t put my finger on what was wrong and why this was the case as there was nothing actually ‘wrong’ as such.

I had tried everything from psychic readings, healings, motivational speaking sessions as well as most conventional self help books, but none of it seemed to be working for me.
