Do people dream in color? Do people dream in color? The answer is yes and no. From sleep studies it is determined that people do dream in color. When a person dreams, upon waking the dream is usually forgotten within moments. In the rare event that a person remembers their dream, it is usually the actions of the dream remembered such as falling, flying, or conflict of some kind. When a dreamer is ask about the colors in their dream they can recall that color was present, but it was not the significant memory of the dream. The reasons for this are debatable. Some believe that because we see color in our everyday lives we assume its presence in our dreams and it is not significant to our memory. I Ching is a person, a book and a philosophy. I Ching, the person, was a Buddhist monk associated with a book of symbols referred to as the book of changes. In this book are 64 symbols called hexagrams that follow Ying/Yang. In each of these hexagrams are 6 black lines arranged in a horizontal stack. Feng shui is the physical placement of objects to achieve calm spirituality referred to as chi. the theory behind Feng shui is for the spiritual energy to be focused positively through the use of physical space. Since all matter has energy, the placement of objects can either result in a positive environment or a negative one.
The application of Feng shui to achieve heightened spirituality is calculated by a technical analysis. A compass and a special grid derived from I Ching (the ancient oracle) are used to determine the detailed placement of objects such as chairs, tables, or beds.
